RHIANNON F.L. MONTGOMERY
Rhiannon is an associate lawyer at Rusnak Balacko Kachur Rusnak, having joined the firm as an articling student in 2014. She maintains a general practice with a focus on criminal law and family law. Rhiannon is trained in the Collaborative Process, an interdisciplinary form of client centered alternative dispute resolution which focuses on the needs of the parties and assists clients in finding creative solutions to their problems. The Collaborative Process is one of the four forms of Family Dispute Resolution required by the Government of Saskatchewan’s Mandatory Early Family Dispute Resolution program.
Rhiannon was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2015 after receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. She is the President of the Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan Inc and a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association. She also volunteers her time with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan.
Outside of the office, Rhiannon enjoys crocheting, Ukrainian dancing, and spending time with her family.
