Clark was born and raised in Yorkton Saskatchewan. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 and his Juris Doctor in 2024. Clark worked as a summer student with Rusnak Balacko Kachur Rusnak in the summers of 2022 and 2023 before starting his articles with the firm in May of 2024. 

Before working in law Clark spent time working in food processing and the tourism industry while working on his degrees. 

In the past Clark has volunteered to help with the Health Foundation Charity Road Race in Yorkton.
