We Are Hiring For The Position Of Legal Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual who can take up challenging work opportunities, and effectively prioritize and organize tasks— with the flexibility to accommodate personal needs.

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who is thorough and demonstrates attention to detail.
The individual will have:

  1. Excellent language and communication skills
  2. The ability to work under pressure
  3. Strong computer skills (MS Office environment) and exceptional file management skills
  4. Flexibility in responding to changing work demands
  5. The ability to deal effectively with court registries, client scheduling and follow-up inquiries
  6. Thorough knowledge of word processing as well as billing-related queries
  7. The ability to be a team player having a positive attitude
  8. Certificate from a recognized business college, or Legal Assistant program, or a combination of equivalent education/experience
  9. Previous experience in a Legal Assistant role would be considered an asset

Work hours: Typically between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
